Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally allowed to purchase and receive corals in your state/country.

• Orders & Payments: All prices are listed in $ USD. We accept PayPal/Venmo/ShopPay/Apple Pay. Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.

• Compliance: We follow all applicable federal, state, and international wildlife regulations (including CITES). Customers are responsible for ensuring their local laws allow the import of live corals.

• Liability: Sargent's Signature Coral is not responsible for losses due to improper acclimation, tank crashes, incompatible tank mates, or customer negligence.

• Intellectual Property: All photos, videos, and text on this website are property of Sargents Signature Corals and may not be used without permission.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, Disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.
