Refund/Replacement Policy

  • DOA Claims: Please send pictures of coral in original package within two hours of delivery for DOA claims. Approved DOA claims will be issued as store credit (excluding shipping costs). Replacements will be shipped with your next order.

  • All purchases are final. In the event that an order is requested to be cancelled we can offer you 100% credit for 12 months OR a refund with a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be returned to you in the form of a credit towards sargentssignaturecorals.com
  • No Returns: Due to the sensitive nature of live corals, we cannot accept returns once they have been delivered.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Special-order items are final sale.

  • Disputes: We will always work in good faith to resolve issues fairly, but final decisions rest with Sargents Signature Corals. If you are not happy with your purchase we will work with you to make sure you are happy and a returning customer because yall are the ones that make this possible! Always reach out to our email within the first 14 days of your purchase if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.
