Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee Policy

• Shipping Schedule: We ship live corals Wednesday for Thursday delivery via overnight express to minimize delays. Orders placed after 5pm Tuesday, will be shipped the following week.

• Packaging: Corals are packed and shipped in 4 mil heat sealed bags to prevent punctures and in insulated boxes with heat/cold packs as needed. More sensitive pieces will be shipped in containers and may incur a bigger shipping fee depending on number of items. 

• Customer Responsibility: You must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Delays due to missed deliveries void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

• Live Arrival Guarantee: If a coral arrives DOA (dead on arrival), you must email a clear photo of the coral in the sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery.

• Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover losses due to carrier delays, extreme weather, or failure to follow our acclimation guide. We never cover shipping fees, but we pack for the worst case scenario like delays and extreme temps.
